PARKTEC provides engineering design, equipment manufacturing and project delivery services for automated parking systems in overseas markets. Working with developers, project owners and engineering partners, we integrate parking equipment with building space, vehicle access and ongoing operational needs to develop solutions suited to each site.
In urban commercial districts, hotels and office buildings, additional parking demand is often constrained by available land and building conditions. PARKTEC combines multi-level parking structures with automated vehicle-transfer equipment, aligning capacity planning with site access, vehicle handover and maintenance requirements.
Engineering design around site conditions
Our design process starts with the project site. Site dimensions, available height, building structure and vehicle requirements inform the system layout. Vehicle handover areas and internal transfer routes are arranged with peak arrival and departure patterns in mind.
For street-front projects, the connection between vehicle entrances and surrounding roads is an important design consideration. For parking within a building, equipment layouts must coordinate with column grids, floor heights and building functions. During planning, PARKTEC works with owners, designers and local engineering teams to define equipment interfaces for manufacturing and on-site installation.

Dubai Al Fahidi Street parking project
PARKTEC's PCS parking project on Al Fahidi Street in Dubai is operational, with a planned parking capacity of 409 spaces. Located in an urban commercial district, the project provides an automated parking solution for a compact site.
Vehicles enter the system through a handover area. Equipment transfers and positions them within a multi-level parking structure. Separating vehicle handover from internal storage allows parking spaces to be arranged across multiple levels inside the building.
The project illustrates how PARKTEC automated parking systems can be applied in urban districts: equipment is arranged around the building conditions, while mechanical transfer connects the handover area with internal parking spaces, turning parking requirements into an operational equipment system.

Manufacturing that supports project implementation
PARKTEC connects engineering design with equipment manufacturing. Production processes include CNC machining, laser cutting, bending, robotic welding, surface treatment and preassembly. Component production and equipment assembly work together to turn parking-system drawings into physical equipment.
CNC machining supports component production, while welding and surface treatment support structural fabrication. Coordination between engineering and manufacturing aligns equipment dimensions, connections and assembly requirements throughout production.

Robotic welding forms part of PARKTEC's manufacturing system, working alongside other machining and assembly processes to produce engineering equipment. For each project configuration, our manufacturing team organizes production, assembly and inspection to prepare equipment for site installation.

Connecting factory production with overseas delivery
Overseas parking projects require coordination between equipment manufacturing, transport and site construction. PARKTEC organizes equipment delivery around project schedules and coordinates installation conditions and engineering interfaces with local teams, connecting factory assembly arrangements with on-site work.
Preassembly is an important link between manufacturing and installation. Assembling relevant components at the factory prepares them for transport, on-site assembly and system commissioning.

PARKTEC's project services cover installation, commissioning and lifecycle support. For each project, we coordinate installation, commissioning, acceptance and personnel training with owners and local partners, and provide technical support for equipment operation and maintenance.
For turnkey projects, we bring design, equipment supply and delivery services into a coordinated project plan, working with local engineering teams on building and supporting infrastructure interfaces. Customers can agree on equipment configurations, site work arrangements and service scope with PARKTEC according to their project needs.
Working with PARKTEC
Whether adding parking facilities in an urban district or developing parking for a hotel or office building, PARKTEC can start with early-stage discussions and advance system design and implementation around site conditions and operational needs.
